How Our Service Works
At your convenience, a Paws representative will schedule a visit to your home. You will have the opportunity to meet with the person who will be caring for your pet and home. These meetings are scheduled in order for the pet sitter to develop a warm and friendly relationship with your pet prior to services.
During our initial visit, we will discuss the needs of your pet, including:
diet and feeding
health and medication
exercise and play
We will also explain the many home sitting services we provide, which include:
caring for plants
scheduling services for your home
picking up mail and newspapers
These are a few of the things we do to make your home look occupied while you're away, all included at no extra charge.
When requesting service, keep in mind that you are purchasing a team of professional pet sitters. By having a team, each pet sitter has at least two back-up sitters if needed. When you return, you will be greeted by a happy, healthy pet along with a detailed log of activity for your review. It is all part of the professional and personalized service you can expect from Paws.
No matter how often you use our service, "Once a customer, always a customer." If you use our services once a year, once a month, or even every day, we are dedicated to servicing your pets and plants 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We have staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for our active customers. All it takes to become an active customer is a free consultation. This initial assessment takes 30 minutes and must be completed prior to service.
Even if you are not leaving home, there may be instances when Paws caretakers can help. Unusual working hours or lengthy illnesses may make it difficult or impossible to take care of your pets or plants properly. In some cases, you may need help with yard work or snow removal. Please call us to discuss how we may assist you with these needs.
